Delete your HAAAA account

Delete it yourself, in the app

This is immediate and needs nobody's help.

Open HAAAA and sign in.
Go to the Me tab.
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account.
Read the confirmation and tap Delete everything.

Your account and all of the data below are removed straight away, and you are signed out.

What is deleted

Your profile	Name, email address, preferences, profile photo
Your journal	Every check-in, mood, feeling word, note, goal and gratitude line
Your I Am statements	All of them
Your weekly life checks	Every week you recorded
Your meditation history	Every session, your totals, your streak
Your circle	Your circle and the connections other people hold to you
Your sign-in	Your account itself, so the email can no longer sign in

Nothing is kept and nothing is archived. It cannot be undone or recovered, by you or by us.

Anonymous, aggregated counts that cannot identify you may remain in our own records.

If you cannot open the app

If you have lost your phone or can no longer sign in, ask us and we will delete it for you. We answer within 30 days. Use the email address on the account, so we know it is you.

This opens your own email app with the request written for you, addressed to help@haaaa.app. Nothing is sent from this page and nothing is stored here. If the button does nothing, email help@haaaa.app yourself.
