The HAAAA mediation practice takes you on a journey through the five elements. These five elements are found in our outer world as well as our inner world and can be discovered within you. They are essential to all life and include: earth, air, fire, water and ether. The elements go beyond the physical and manifest as personality and energy.
Each element carries its own Mana and its own set of unique qualities. No element is inherently good or bad. They each carry an equal amount of positive and negative characteristics depending on your state of mind.
